3. Payments

Paid memberships and access tiers are billed at the rates shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars. Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at purchase.

4. Business directory listings

If you submit your business for our directory, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any listing at our discretion.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

By opting in to our SMS program through our chat widget, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Rooted In NYC at the mobile number you provide. These may include event updates, community news, onboarding, and account notifications.
